JOURAMA FALLS

Jourama Falls is about 1.5hr drive northbound from Townsville, Queensland in Paluma Ranges National Park. It is a series of small waterfalls, cascading over boulders and vegetation. The rapidly flowing streams, surrounded by slippery, smooth granite boulders created a somewhat hazardous situation for a solo hiker such as myself. Nonetheless, the rugged beauty of it all is undeniable.
